“My experience with Tender was such a treasure. I almost didn’t sign up - I was nervous and really didn’t know what to expect. It was my first time participating in a group offering of such length and commitment. Gemma’s patience and kindness allowed me to soften and trust the process, and I’m so glad I did. During this very transitional time of my life, Tender was an anchor. Every two weeks we sat virtually with these extraordinary women and shared from many different places within us. It nurtured me and gave me so much connection. I often found myself reflected in the stories of others.


Gemma has created a beautiful offering here - not only does she truly know how to hold space, she also invites in many incredible guest teachers, bringing so much richness. Every time, I really looked forward to coming. My heart is so full when I think of all we shared.
