Circle for the Times We’re In

A live immersive circle for women craving a more soulful, sustainable way to lead and live

We weren’t built for this.

The world is unraveling: socially, politically and ecologically.

And while, Circle cannot fix these systems, it can offer a space of deep relational medicine.

Circle is where personal healing weaves into collective repair.
Where leadership begins within.
And where gentleness is celebrated as a form of power.

If you have ever yearned to hold spaces rooted in compassion, courage and heart-felt connection, this special gathering will ignite the embers of what has been burning and simmering within…..

This is a space which doesn’t require anything of you but your presence and a curious heart. It’s a space where we will reawaken something ancient. The kind of space where your nervous system can let go of the need to perform and soak up a different way of being.

We will sink into the ideas of:

🜃 Inner regulation and presence
🜁 Story as bridge and medicine
🜄 The ripple from self to society

And this space will be a springboard for you to lead the kind of life and spaces you want to lead, without hollowing yourself out in the process.

COME AND REMEMBER

Sign up for our free gathering, 10 July 7:30- 9pm UK time. This will be held online- join us from anywhere in the world.

COME AND REMEMBER

We have been taught individualism is the path to strength, but our bodies know better. They remember something else: slowness, presence, interconnection.

They remember the rhythm of togetherness, the drumbeat of human hearts, gathered around the fire.

Our bodies remember the Circle.

WHY CIRCLE?

In a world full of speed, Circle slows us down enough to feel.

In a world full of noise, a single story, spoken without performance and received without interruption, can shift something deep.

Circle is a way of coming together that connects us to our humanity. A place where grief can breathe, where joy can cackle and where noone needs to be fixed to be worthy of being heard.

We need spaces where truth is welcome, where tenderness doesn’t require apology and spaces where we can sit in truth and resilience, even in times of uncertainty and collapse.

We need a form of leadership that is tender, trauma aware and true- where even the quietest voices are heard.

And most of all, we need a new wave of gentle leaders. Ones who gather us around the fire, hearts open, in a circle of togetherness.

We need humble leaders who do not perform, but know that a culture shift happens when we listen. When we truly listen to one another.

WHY NOW?

The world is unraveling: socially, politically and ecologically.

And while Circle cannot fix these systems, it can offer a space of deep relational medicine.

Circle is not the revolution. But it is, perhaps, a place where we rehearse it.

It is where we learn to be human together again- truthfully, tenderly and with courage.

It is a place to feel, to witness and to remember. To become resourced enough to carry the work forward from a place of grounded belonging,

This 90-minute immersion is for you if:

  • You’ve been holding so much and have nowhere to put it

  • You’re a heart-driven woman who deeply cares about the world, and you want to contribute- but don’t know how to begin

  • You’re craving connection- with other women, with your own voice, with something sacred

  • Your soul is aching for more togetherness with women

  • You feel called to gather women- but want to do it with depth, care, and integrity

What You’ll Learn (and feel)

This gathering will feel less like a learning experience, or traditional workshop and more like a homecoming.

You’ll arrive just as you are, and leave with a new orientation to leadership, space holding and the kind of togetherness that heals.

You’ll meet the Circle Compass™-  the living framework behind the Sister Stories facilitation method. .

Refined over 7+ years of training facilitators across the world, it offers four anchors to guide your space-holding:

You’ll receive a first look at its four core elements:

  • 🜃 SELF — Inner regulation and grounded presence- leadership begins within.

  • 🜁 STORY — Resonant storytelling as a bridge across difference.

  • 🜂 SPACE — Ritual, pacing and trauma aware structure that holds depth.

  • 🜄 SOCIETY — Understanding how individual healing ripples into collective repair.

You’ll walk away with:

  • A felt sense of what Circle actually offers, and why it matters in these times.

  • A quiet knowing that you’re not alone in wanting a new way.

  • A taste of what facilitation can look like when it’s rooted in integrity, not performance.

  • A gentle invitation to explore whether becoming a Circle Facilitator with us is your next chapter.

  • A more resourced nervous system and a deeper sense of what it means to lead with gentle power…

Led by Gemma Brady, Founder of Sister Stories, you will be held in a space of depth, care, devotion and gentle learning. If you have ever wanted to hold Circles but have not known where to begin, this is the space for you.

FAQS

Q: Where is this taking place?

This session will be held live on Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world!

Q: I’ve never been to a Circle before. Is this for me?

Absolutely. This session is designed to be welcoming and accessible, whether you’ve sat in hundreds of Circles or none at all. You don’t need to bring anything but your presence. If you feel called, you’re ready.

Q: What exactly is a Circle?

At its core, Circle is a way of gathering rooted in deep listening, storytelling and collective presence. It’s not therapy, coaching, or a performance. It’s a space where we remember how to be human together, truthfully, gently and without needing to fix or impress. It is soul balm.

Q: Will this be recorded if I can’t come live?

Yes. A replay will be made available for a limited time if you can’t make it live. But if possible, we encourage you to come live: the energy, connection, and resonance are truly electric when we’re all in the room together.

Q: Is this a workshop or a Circle?

It’s a bit of both. You’ll experience the essence of Circle first-hand, but you’ll also be gently introduced to the core principles of space-holding- especially if you feel called to offer this work in the world.

Q: Do I need to have any experience holding space or leading groups?

Not at all. This is for women at all stages- whether you’re already holding spaces or just beginning to feel the stirrings of a deeper calling. If you’ve been holding space for others informally your whole life, you’re more prepared than you think.

We have everyone from therapists to opera directors, doctors, retired women, stay at home mums and many more join our space- there is no one kind of person who is welcome.

Q: I feel like I’ve lost touch with my voice / my softness / my leadership. Will this help me reconnect?

Yes. That is exactly what this space is for. You don’t need to be “on” here. Simply let yourself sink into the space and we will meet you there.

Q: What if I’m shy or introverted? Will I have to speak?

No. This space will be gently guided and you will be asked to share your reflections in the chat, but this is entirely optional.

Q: How much time should I set aside?

The immersion will run for around 90 minutes. You may want a little time afterwards to reflect, journal, or simply rest and integrate. We recommend setting your space up as you would for any nourishing ritual: distraction-free, warm, and supportive. Please bring along a candle to light if you are able.
