How we gather and how we tend to one another is not separate from the work of changing the world.

but it is, perhaps, at the very heart of it.

Circle is an ancient way of gathering that hums in our bones.

A space where authenticity, vulnerability and compassion can thrive. Where softness, stillness and slowing down are celebrated. Where we welcome the full spectrum of our humanity and voices.

And there has never been a greater need for women to step forward and hold these spaces.

In a world built by systems of domination and supremacy - gentle leadership is a skill of relational reciprocity, collaboration, decentralisation, true listening.

In a world of loud little boys, gentle leadership is soft collective strength.

In the last 12 months alone, over 10,000 women have been through this event. Now, it’s your turn.

Gentle leadership is the philosophy.

Circle is where it becomes practice.

You may not have called yourself a leader before.

You may not have known that what you carry - that particular way of listening, of holding complexity, of staying present when others withdraw.

This is not a lesser version of leadership. It is a necessary one. And a powerful one.

We are being asked — quietly, insistently — to embody this gentle leadership in the spaces we hold.

To reawaken the power of coming together in sisterhood, reciprocity and kinship.

A connection that lives in the marrow.

To loosen our rigid knowing and lean into curiosity; to bear witness; to tend; to belong; to walk forward together.

This Immersive is for you if:

🌙 You feel deeply called to facilitate spaces of sisterhood
🌙 You’re new to circle work—or just beginning to find your feet
🌙 You want to build your foundation with depth, care, and responsibility
🌙 You already run a soulful business and are curious about weaving circles in
🌙 You’re someone with a big heart, a desire to create impact, and a reverence for leadership with integrity
🌙 You’d love real tools, guidance, and inspiration—not just ideas but structure
🌙 You long to hold circles and lead your community… but lack confidence, experience, or a sense of where to begin

This Immersive is for ALL women who feel the call.

There is no one way to look, sound, live and lead.

🔥You do not need to fit the narrow stereotype you’ve seen on Instagram (young, thin, white, able-bodied, curated to perfection).
🔥You do not need to have the ‘right’ background, the ‘right’ accent, or the ‘right’ education.
🔥You do not need flowing robes, perfect language, or curated aesthetics.
🔥You do not need to be a therapist, coach, or healer (although many are drawn to this path)
🔥You do not need to know the moon phases, or own a single crystal.
🔥You do not need a big following, a shiny brand, or a ten-year plan

YOU are welcome in this space. Not in spite of your difference, but because of it.

All you need is a willingness - to hear the call and listen. We will guide you through the rest.

Your Host of the Immersive:
Gemma Brady, Founder of Sister Stories

I founded Sister Stories nine years ago, as a space for my local community of women to gather in tender, compassionate storytelling.

What began in my living room has since grown into a global movement.

I’ve travelled the world sharing the magic of Circle, trained hundreds of women through the UK’s leading CPD-accredited Circle Facilitation Training and built a reputation for creating inclusive, heart-led, and deeply conscientious spaces.

I’M NOW ON A MISSION…

To make going to circle as common as going to yoga class.

To take this forgotten and precious work mainstream.

With 14 years of experience as a documentary storyteller, and a trained narrative therapist, I bring a wide lens and a deep well of space-holding practice to everything I teach.

This Three-Part Immersive is my offering to you

A chance to learn, to remember, and to begin…

I’ll be sharing the techniques, tools and embodied wisdom that have shaped my own journey, so you, too, can become part of the movement. Over 10,000 women have been through this immersive experience over the last year and the feedback has always been that it is one of the most rich and valuable free trainings they’ve ever experienced.

My role is to make this feel soulful, real, and deeply worth your time.
Your only job is to show up.

I truly hope you will.

By signing up for this Three Part Immersive, we will add you to our mailing list to keep you updated about this event and our broader work. We will never spam you and, of course, you always have consent and choice to unsubscribe at any time.
