Most people who find their way to circle facilitation had no idea it could become the guiding compass of their work.
This three-day immersive experience will take you on a journey through circle to discover:
Our collective vision for how circles can heal the world
The skills and training you need to hold these spaces with confidence and integrity
The space to explore whether this path is yours to walk next.
A FREE series of three beautiful, soulful hour-long sessions, spread across three evenings, for women considering circle facilitation as a serious part of their body of work.
21 - 23 September, 7 -8pm, Online
People think women's circles are a small, niche thing that only happen on the sidelines.
But we believe they're the most significant force for cultural change we have.
Leaders who can hold circle and group space, who can gather people in community, who can hold difference, who can create the conditions for real listening, empathy and collective wisdom — these are the women, and these are the skills, of our time.
It's the reciprocal, relational medicine our world needs.
The act of holding space is an act of culture-making. We create a way of being that allows us to experience the kind of world we can shape outside the room, together. What we model in the spaces we hold gets taken out into our lives and communities.
This work is not small, or niche or quiet - it is big, universal, vital.
And it’s not happening on the sidelines any more.
This movement has gathered significant momentum, and it could be YOUR moment to be part of it.
Sister Stories has trained thousands of women in this work of CIRCLE FACILITATION
Doctors who brought circle into the NHS. Therapists who could suddenly hold groups in a way their training never prepared them for. Yoga teachers who transformed how they run retreats. Mothers who started something in their communities that kept growing and evolving as they did. Teachers who held parents in a space of safety and openness. Women who came not knowing quite what they were looking for and left with the kind direction they hadn't been able to grasp or imagine on their own.
If this sounds like you, you’re in the right place.
If you've found your way here, you probably already know what circle is…
You may already attend one, run one, or feel the pull of one you haven't started yet.
Or, you may not hold circles, but you hold people…
As a leader, coach, therapist, counsellor, holistic practitioner, teacher, doctor.
You may not even call yourself a leader - not yet…
But there’s something in you that carries fire and tenderness in equal measure.
You may simply be the one who has always held space for others with heart and skill…
For family, for community, for teams, for friends, even strangers.
However you find yourself landing here, what is true for you is that, lately, something has been stirring.
You’re at a threshold, a transition, a healing, a reclaiming, an evolution that has found you searching for what’s next.
A moment of knowing:
"I want to start building a meaningful body of work, and I want to develop the skills and capacities to do this in both a deeply soulful, nourishing, and responsible way.”
If you're in that moment, this immersive journey is for you.
The world doesn't simply need more circles.
It needs better-held ones.
Ones held with skill, integrity, and depth, by people who have done the inner work and understand what they're actually responsible for.

Over the course of three evenings together….
We’ll sink into the space slowly, dropping tenderly into a different rhythm that truly feels like coming home.
🕯️
🌿In our first session, we’ll share our collective vision for a world where circle is in every village, every town, every city. In every organisation, group, business, school, hospital, community. Where going to circle is as common as going to yoga. You’ll leave feeling held, seen, inspired, changed.
🍃On our second evening, we’ll deepen practically and intentionally into the core skills you need to truly hold a space as powerful and transformative as circle. Expect to learn how circle facilitation is a skill set that can travel with you, in all parts of your work and life. You’ll leave feeling clearer on the kind of circles you want to run, and the kind of facilitator you want to be.
🌳For our final evening together, we’ll bring our vision and our deeper understanding of circle and facilitation together, and consider what circle facilitation opens up as a potential career pathway. We’ll explore the idea that circle can become part of our body of work across a lifetime, from circles in your local community to corporate spaces, from holding retreats to becoming a skilled professional who offers the medicine of relational leadership. That's what our training produces. And you’ll leave the Immersive knowing whether this is the path you're being called to.
I come to this work from the television industry
For nearly 15 years, I held senior roles overseeing some of Britain's most-loved documentary series. I was enchanted by the magic of storytelling I found in that space; those sitting in the interview chair would often find the experience of telling their story cathartic or healing in some way.
I loved the work, but in many ways, I longed for a more soulful path to pour myself into; I just didn’t know what it was.
When I found circle, something I'd been hungry for my whole life was finally met. I went from someone who would shake like a leaf in my first circle to someone who has built a body of work, and a movement, she (!?!) could never have imagined.
And I've spent over eight years training others to do the same.
